The Framework Was the Easy Half

We rolled an agentic AI framework across a 44-person org. The framework is maybe the third most important reason it worked.

The first reason was attention: leadership using the tools in the open, badly at first, so nobody had to pretend competence. The second was permission: making it explicit that an hour spent learning the tooling was work, not a distraction from work.
